It´s time to leave the wonderful island of Bali. I stayed almost a month here and I´m sure that i´ll miss it.  It´s always so difficult to leave a place which you really like and especially to leave the people I fall in love with.  But as always there is a time when you feel you have to leave. The rainy season in Bali wasn´t the best decision for my body. I struggled a lot with the dirty seawater; got an ear infection and „bali belly“. I couldn´t surf as much as I wanted and felt a lot of times weak and tired. Now it´s time to say good bye and again thank you to all the kind, beautiful and nice people I met!  THANK YOU FOR THE GREAT TIME!!!!

Seit et was mehr als zwei Wochen bin ich nun auf Bali und habe immer noch gemischte Gefühle, wenn ich über diese Insel nachdenke. Auf der einen Seite ist das unglaublich leckere Essen, dass so abwechslungsreich ist; die sehr freundlichen Menschen; das immer warme Wetter; die farbenfrohe Natur, die wunderschönen Reisfelder, die Tempel, die fremde Kultur und Sprache, die guten Wellen etc.  Auf der anderen Seite ist der Verkehr auf den Straßen mit den vielen Autos und Rollern, die die Luft verschmutzen und der Müll, der in den Flüssen und im Meer aufzufinden ist. Ich habe viel über den Müll und die Verschmutzung des Meeres im Vorfeld meiner Reise gelesen, aber das es so schlimm ist, hätte ich nicht gedacht. Das war eigentlich auch der Grund warum ich immer gesagt habe, dass ich nicht nach Bali will. Ich will nicht den Sport ausüben, der mir so viel Freude bereitet und mich glücklich macht und gleichzeitig dabei krank werden, weil das Wasser so verschmutzt ist, dass Infektionen un

Last week I flew back home to Germany to visit my whole family and join the birthday party of my father. It was kind of sad to leave fuerteventura, because it felt like home after four weeks living there, but it was so good to be back in Germany and amazing to see my sisters, my parents, my cousins, uncles, nephews, nieces, friends.  My father on the left side and my two sisters next to me handing over a gift.  My twinsister and myself had birthday and I couldn´t imagine a better birthday then this one. To be with all my loves is priceless.  Germany is home and although I love surfing, the sun and the sea, I will also be happy to be back mid of next year.
